Fill out the online form below for each variety to be included in the Variety Accepted by Agency Index.
To keep the index user-friendly, we ask that you upload a summary of the variety. The goal of the index is for inspectors to have access to information used for field inspections. Be sure your summary includes:

a. Variety Name
c. Phenotypic Characteristics Description: A detailed description of the morphological, physiological, and other characteristics of the plants and seed that distinguish it from other varieties.
h. Any additional restrictions on the variety, specified by the breeder, with respect to geographic area of seed production, age of stand or other factors affecting genetic purity. (Include ACR if applicable)
