TRAVEL GUIDANCE
Transportation from the nearest airport:
- Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP)- 40 minutes
- Destin- Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS)- 30 minutes
- Sand Dollar Transportation is the Sandestin affiliated shuttle for transportation. You can book airport shuttle service here. If traveling in a group, or would like to join other travelers to reduce shuttle costs, please fill out this form here. If you have any questions at all, please contact the office for assistance. - Reservations must be made by May 21, 2024.
- Be sure to book your room in the Grand Complex or Village Studio, not Hotel Effie.
- Grand Complex Studio Rate – $225 plus tax and a 12% resort fee.
- Grand Complex 1-Bedroom Rate – $289 plus tax and a 12% resort fee.
- Village Studio Rate – $225 plus tax and 12% resort fee.
- Group rate is offered 3 days pre and post meeting based on availability.
- Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am.
