| Each vested member agency shall submit the name of one voting representative to the secretary of the Corporation annually. The voting representative of the vested member agency shall control all rights and privileges of the vested member agency, including voting in the meetings of the Corporation, unless specified to the contrary by these bylaws. Additional participants from an agency may be admitted as associate members. |

| Individuals within a vested member agency or Foundation Seed Organization member who foster or promote the purposes of the Corporation may become associate members. An associate member shall not have the right to vote in business meetings of the Corporation unless serving as a proxy for the voting representative of a vested member agency. Those seeking to serve on AOSCA committees and are not the voting representative for a vested member agency shall seek associate member status. |
Vested Voting Member

Indicate the individual that will serve as the council representative for your agency. If different from the vested voting member, please also include the individual in the associate members below below.

Acres Assessments are due on ALL 2025 acres for which your agency received a fee. Minimum of $300.00 U.S.D., OR $.01/acre of crops inspected for certification under AOSCA rules, with a maximum of $10,000.00
Dues and assessments are payable on or before January 1, 2026.
