Exploring Old Quebec City and the Château Frontenac
With a 19th-century character as your guide, discovery the luxury
interior of the world’s most photographed hotel!
9 a.m. departure and 4 p.m. return for both options.
Option 1 – Groups of 20 people
Accompanied by a professional guide, take a stroll to the Château
Frontenac and surrender to the European charm of North America’s
first French-speaking city! (approx. 20 minutes). Lunch in
historic surroundings in the heart of Place Royale, at Les Voûtes du
Cavour Restaurant, built in the 18th century under the French regime
– Table d’hôte lunch (three courses) Funicular ride and guided
tour of Château Frontenac – Return on foot or by bus.
Option 2 – 1 group of 40 people
Guided bus tour of the Old Capital, North America’s only walled
city!
Lunch in historic surroundings in the heart of Place Royale, at Les Voûtes
du Cavour Restaurant, built in the 18th century under the French
regime – Table d’hôte lunch (three courses) Funicular ride and
guided tour of Château Frontenac.

Option 1 - Morning
Guided tour of Roger-Van Den Hende Botanical Garden at Université
Laval – 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Discover a unique collection of vegetation native to Quebec as well as
ornamental plants from Europe, the Americas and Asia.
Lunch: your choice
Option 2 - Morning
Factory tour: Biscuits Leclerc – 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The Leclerc Adventure: discover the hidden side of cookies!
Lunch: your choice
Afternoon
Tour of 400th anniversary sites – 1:15 p.m. to 4 p.m. or
self-directed activity
Return transportation by bus with guide
At Espace 400e, the action and fun never stops at Bassin Louise! The
Grande Place, the Bistro, the Jardins éphémères stage, the Docks,
the Parc des rencontres and the Marquise welcome you.

Ages 2 and up: Aquarium de Québec – 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Return
transportation by bus. Lunch on site.
Ages 2 to 5: Quiet games and naptime at the hotel – 1:30 p.m. to
3:30 p.m.
Ages 6 to 10: Musée de la civilisation – 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Transportation by bus.
Ages 11 and up: Tour of Old Quebec City and 400th anniversary site –
1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Transportation by bus.

Ages 2 to 5: Parc Lucien-Borne (play park) – Lunch on site and
return to hotel
Ages 6 and up:
*Good weather – Valcartier Vacation Village
(swimming, water slides) Canada’s largest water park! Lunch on site
– 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
*Bad weather – Les Galeries de la Capitale – Méga
Parc: Quebec’s most extensive indoor recreational park! Lunch at
McDonald’s – 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
* Parents may accompany their children.
