2008 AOSCA ANNUAL MEETING

Quebec City is the location and July 15-18, 2008 are the dates for the 90th Annual Meeting of the Association of Official Seed Certifying Agencies (AOSCA).  Our meeting is being held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the Canadian Seed Growers' Association.  Please join us as Quebec City celebrates its 400th anniversary.

When making airline reservations, the Quebec International Airport code is YQB, although you may use other airports and arrange for ground transportation to Quebec City.

The meeting will be held at the Hilton Quebec.  The nightly guaranteed room rate is $212 + taxes/fees.  Reservations may be made by phoning the hotel at (800) 445-8667 or (418) 647-6500 (mention group code CSGA08).  Reservations may also be made at The Delta (418) 647-1717, with a guaranteed rate of 
$239 + taxes/fees (mention group code CSGA08).  The Delta is next door and connected to the Hilton. The room cutoff date is June 12th or until the block is filled.

Meeting registration is available by clicking on the enclosed link. Click "SAVE" and save to desired location on computer.  Complete and return form as instructed.  The cutoff date for registrations is June 1, 2008.  After June 1st,  the late registration fee is $335.

Please be sure that you confirm the current requirements for passports, as travel restrictions frequently change and we want to make sure that you do not have difficulties traveling to and from Canada.  Be sure to check the expiration date of your passport.
